It’s been a while since I played something from a CD on the radio! Luckily the wishfm studio still has a player 💿.… t.co/sZg8KaF1Nt
I feel very lucky to have spent the last 20 years doing what I love: Being on the radio.
People tell me I have one of the most recognisable voices in the North West of England. I get a great buzz from that.
In the past I’ve spent many years working on key shows for Wish FM, Tower FM and The Bay (which is now Heart). Currently I’m heard live each week on Wish FM. Plus, on the entirely voice tracked “Lunch Club” show, daily on Imagine.
On my page you’ll hear some recent audio from my Imagine show – as you’re looking for a voice tracker it feels right to give you a sample of my VT work. Also, on here you’ll find examples of my specialist work: Each week I produce and distribute 2 2-hour radio shows under my own “DNA” brand. These are currently heard on radio stations in both hemispheres. Both shows are available for licencing.
The reason I’m here? I see voice track, and remote voice track as a big part of what I’d like to do. I see these areas as ones which our industry needs to invest in, and for those of us who work as voice trackers the more experience we gain at it, the better we’ll be able to make it work for your station.
I have an English accent, and so would fit naturally on radio stations within the UK. I’d also love to work with stations around the world. Particularly so North America – a continent with which I’ve always had an interest.
